"Sea salt" VS Himalayan Salt
I, like many of you, thought that sea salt was a healthy alternative to regular table salt. What?! It isn't? No, sea salt is pretty much the exact same thing as regular table salt. I know, I was stunned too. Lately I have started to use Himalayan salt. Look it up!
